God Became King: “Unveiling the King”
Who do you say Jesus is? The self-contradicting heart of our problem is that we want life on our own terms. We want to live without God. This is impossible. We cannot have the kingdom—all things put right—without the king who puts them right. At the heart of his salvation is suffering and death. Only then can the new rule live.
