David Schuchardt began as lead Pastor in January 2014. David and his wife Sarah have three beautiful daughters, Cassidy, Aislinn and Maeve. They are originally from Toronto, ON and are enjoying life in Saskatchewan. David studied at Tyndale University College and Seminary where he earned a Bachelor of Religious Education in Pastoral Ministry and a Master of Divinity also in Pastoral Ministry.
David has a passion for the study, teaching and preaching of Scripture. He has a three-fold ministry focus; discipleship, community, and mission. He believes that if we each engage in growing as Jesus followers, especially the disciplines which lead to transformed lives, we will fulfill the call on each of us to be holy. At the same time if we each focus on developing authentic Spirit led community, we will fulfill the call on us to be the one body of Christ, building each other up into the fullness of Christ. Finally, if we, as individuals and as a body, pursue God’s mission, we will fulfill the vocation laid on us to be God’s mission in, to and for the sake of the world.

Whether it be Family Camps at Arlington Beach or Moms’ Groups, Natasha believes that the most authentic spiritual formation takes place when different generations of the church come together in worship, mission and community.
At Northview Natasha oversees all programs from birth to grade 5 and works with a wonderful team of volunteers who are dedicated and committed to seeing children build their faith and encounter God. Her pastoral role also includes working with vertical groups, who together can create a place where people of all ages learn to embody Jesus in meaningful ways.
