At Northview all of our Pastors are available for short-term counselling, which focuses on listening, prayer, spiritual direction, and good advice. Now in addition to this pastoral care, Northview is partnering with Naomi Picard of Luminesce Counselling, to offer longer-term professional counselling.

Naomi has worked in diverse settings and cultures over the years, her approach reflects the integrative nature of beauty amid diversity. As someone who values both formal and informal learning, she is continuously applying herself to better understand what individuals, couples and families may be experiencing and seeks to establish a way forward together.
Naomi is a trauma-informed therapist, drawing from a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
