Foolishness to the Greeks: “Guarding the Weak”
Our beliefs about Christ may give us a freedom that others do not have. This is a good thing as far as it goes, however there is a danger that our freedom may violate a brother or sister’s conscience and that is a bad thing. We must guard our weaker siblings and this means giving up our freedom for their salvation.
