Breaking Idols: “Intercultural Missions”
The God of Israel is the God who always says, “Go! I send you!” Even as exiles, the children of Israel knew themselves to be messengers, a people called to be conduits for justice and mercy, no matter the culture or context they found themselves in. Scripture reveals an overarching narrative in which all nations, tribes and tongues (ultimately) find themselves to be united, as a new creation, and yet never the same.
